Why did I invite a lead pastor to have a conversation around volunteers? Well, let me tell you! Over the last few months I have had many conversations with kids ministry leaders around the idea of training volunteers not just on policy and procedures but also theologically. We all want our teams to be equipped to share the story of scripture, teach the Gospel, and confidently answer questions and engage in conversation.
