Next Gen Ministry coaching is for anyone who is looking to grow in their leadership, knowledge of kids or student ministry, and specific areas that need improvement.
Our coaching program was created with brand new leaders in mind but can expand to veteran leaders who have a desire to learn and grow.
It depends on what type of coaching you want to pursue.
Outside of the scheduled calls, we expect our coaching students to put in the work to make improvements and implement things talked about in the calls. There is often projects or “homework” that needs to be completed in between the sessions.
It varies depending on the specific coaching you are looking for. After you fill out the interest form, you will be connected with someone from our team and they will talk you through the best options.
Our coaching is designed for the Next Gen Ministry staff person or staff team. There can be one person on the call or the entire staff team.
