FAQs

  • Kids Ministry Circle is a community designed for Kids Ministry leaders to learn, grow, and feel encouraged by other kids leaders. We have created spaces to build friendships, videos to get inspired, and a podcast to learn from.

  • A cohort is about 10-15 people and we meet every week for 9 or 12 weeks depending on which program you choose. It is a space designated for ministry leaders to create a community with other leaders, share and brainstorm new ideas, grow in gifting and leadership skills, build better strategies around recruitment, training, and discipleship, and leave feeling more confident to lead right where God has you!

  • Our Summer Intensive is a more condensed version of the cohort. You will spend 6 weeks focusing on the 5 foundations of kids ministry and preparing your teams for the new season of ministry. Don’t stumble into the fall season—set goals and see your ministry grow!

  • Ministry leaders that fall under Kids Ministry, Student Ministry, or Family/Next Gen Ministry! You can be part-time or full-time. We encourage people to be in a staff role or a designated lead volunteer role.

  • We host the Spring Cohort, Summer Intensive, and Fall Cohort. Check the individual pages for exact times and timezones.

  • The cost varies depending on which program you choose. We do offer scholarships for those who qualify. Reach out with any questions.
